The course addresses young designers who feel the need to specialize themselves in the design of lighting fixtures and illumination devices.

The course analyzes light in a systematic way, either from the point of view of its use in Interior Design (a fundamental specialization to create emotionally and scenically characterized spaces), or from the point of view of a lighting body development (a way to create transversal competences, near to Industrial Design).

This course envisages theoretical lessons and workshops that are carried out in the brand new school light laboratory which offers students the possibility to acquire knowledge about all sources of light and different kinds of illuminating bodies.
