Online communication is a growing need in the business world, resulting in a greater demand for professionals with a knowledge of the social tools necessary to carry out communication strategies using the various online channels.

Content
The course teaches students the basic tools needed by the community manager to manage, establish, and moderate online communities that are generated around a brand, as well as the skills they need to implement a social media strategic plan.
The first part of the programe involves theory, focusing on the basic principles of community management and specific social media networking tools.
The aim of the second part is to create a “social business plan” that meets the needs of a brand (client) and a community (consumer and user).
Who is it for?
People with experience in the world of communication and publishing with basic marketing studies.
Total hours: 100 hours
Beginning and end: July 2-27, 2012
Timetable: Monday to Friday, 9.30m to 14.30pm.
Language: English
Certificate: Everyone who attends at least 80% of the classes and passes the final project, will receive an IED certificate.
Optional accommodation: The ‘full package’ option (course + accommodation) allows you to book a single room (from 1 to 31 July), sharing a kitchen, in one of the best halls of residence in the city.
Enrollment period: Enrollment is open until 18 May for students requiring accommodation. Those applying for the course only have up to 16 June to enroll.
Cost: 2500 €
