Creative Labs – Design, visual arts, communication and fashion workshops

IED Palacio de Alt . . .
Creative Labs are creative workshops, interactive and free of charge during 7, 8 and 9 September that will be developed at IED Madrid around design, communication, visual arts and fashion.
Participantes will enjoy a creative experience with participatory industry leading professionals and others interested in design. The purpose of the workshops is to awaken the imagination of all participants and to share with you the creative processes of design and communication.
The best projects will be part of an exhibition which can be visit at Palacio de Altamira, satuday 11th September during the the circuit La Noche en Blancoof IED Madrid.

MadridDesignNet workshops
A total of 50 workshops, conducted simultaneously in different cities world revolve multiple parallel events, conferences, exhibitions, roundtable discussions and workshops based in the city of Madrid. This is MadridDesignNet from 17 to 21 May, 2010.
The origin of the workshops include seminars conducted by students of IED MADRID (from 22 March to 12 April 2010) to inquire about proposals for different areas of the City Hall of Madrid. Projects produced from these seminars, around the problems that emerge from the development of cities, have led to different workshops of MadridDesignNet. More than twenty universities in three continents, participate actively and simultaneously.

Documentary: Industrial Design Thesis
This documentary is the final product of the Workshop Documental/Students Thesis Project that reflects the mobility in Madrid and how we can use the existing infrastructure and resources to improve transit conditions for residents and tourists.
