The Specialisation Course in Marketing:Product and Sales Management provides a training experience that enables the Product Manager to position products/services on the market by using the right strategies and the appropriate marketing mix. By deepening the study of marketing, promotion and communication, trade and sales management, merchandising and e-business, the participants to the course will have a complete overview of the most successful tools to use on the market and will follow each phase of the launching of a new product or service as well as the strategic analysis of competitors, its positioning, the setting of a marketing plan, the analysis of the product/service life cycle, the budgeting and business planning processes, the phases of the selling cycle and the category and merchandising activities. Moreover, the course will focus on the area of sales and sales management, with particular attention to the new profiles of the area manager and the sales manager.

Language: The lessons are held in Italian language; to attend the course, is required a good knowledge of Italian language reading and oral comprehension.

The Marketing:Product and Sales Management course will start from the basics of marketing and will progressively cover more complex topics, providing the participants with a specific expertise in the field. At the end of the course, the participants will carry out a sample business project that will show all the skills they gained throughout the training experience. The professional character of the course and the presence of highly skilled professionals will enable the students to have continuous and significant field experience.

3° unit - MARKETING: MANAGEMENT, PLANNING AND CONTROL
4° unit - MARKETING, ORGANISATION AND ROLES: PRODUCT AND SALES MANAGEMENT

Final Project Work

Given the multidisciplinary character of the topics covered, applicants may also enrol to individual units.
