MACHINES

Writing, animating, directing and producing a sci-fi animated series in collaboration with an animation film production company during the course of their studies

This is the experience of students from different Visual Arts departments at IED Roma. Specifically, the CG Animation graduates worked on the pilot episode of the retro-futuristic dystopian series in 2D and 3D animation entitled Machines. The series, realised with an immediately recognisable stylistic signature, gracefully deals with delicate themes such as the relationship between Humanity - Machine - Divinity, Ethics, Technological Revolution and Eternal Life. The pilot episode produced in collaboration with Mad Entertainment was presented at the Heroes International Film Festival.
