“Condominio 23” or “Apartment Block 23” is the name of the new workshop organised by IED Venice for the open day event to be held on Tuesday, April 24th 2012 at 11.30 am. The aim of the initiative is to stimulate the creative impulses of participants and give them the chance to work on a real project.
After a brief introduction to the theory by Roberta Jachini, lecturer, the participants will get down to the nitty gritty, coming up with ideas for and then actually designing a room that reflects the personality traits of each of the characters who live in this rather funny building.
IED Venice would like to invite all students, pupils who are about to graduate from high school, professionals and budding creators who love design, fashion, visual communication or management to come along. We have organised the event to give people interested in taking one of our courses the chance to make an informed decision about the right study and training path for them.
During the event you will be able to chat to IED Venice staff, teachers and lecturers who will only be too pleased to tell you more about the courses and potential career paths, teaching programmes and facilities/services we offer.
Entry to these career workshops is free, but numbers will be limited. An attendance certificate will be given to all participants which can used towards high school course credits.
