Colour your night!
A night characterized by culture, art, and music in Venice. On June, 18th 2011, in the lagoon, the event art night Venezia. l’arte libera la notte (Art night in Venice: the art frees the night), the first Art White Night organized by the Ca’ Foscari University and the Venice Municipality in collaboration with many cultural realities working in the area among which IED Venice, will take place.
On the occasion, IED Venice and Querini Stampalia Foundation present a shared project based on colour: Colora la tua notte! Visite, incontri e percorsi a Palazzo (Colour your night! Visits, meetings, and pathways at the Palace).
The sixteenth-century rooms of Querini Stampalia Palace, the contemporary environments realized by Carlo Scarpa and Mario Botta, such as the temporary exhibitions organized simultaneously to the 54th International Art Exhibition of the Venice Biennale, will be enlivened by IED creativity for a night. A pathway including many steps where creativity, imagination, and talent will be the main characters.
An unusual visit to the palace in which visitors led by videos and photos could also realized personalized T-shirts and photo portraits supported by IED students.
Even the “Caffetteria” and the Bookshop at Querini Stampalia are involved with their fruit-based cocktails and gifts at any price and for any taste.
