Gabriele Chiave knows no boundaries. As a lifelong observer of the world around him, Gabriele is driven by the comprehensive nature of design and a desire to ignite meaningful interaction between product and consumer. After Studying industrial design at the IED in Milan, he worked in Marc Sadler Studio and the IS European Design Center.
These experiences helped Gabriele master the subtle nuances and delightful balance between form and function, industry and art, structure and experimentation. Gabriele triggers these foundations at Marcel Wanders, where he has worked for 15 years.
Evolving to become Creative Director, he has overseen all projects in product and interior design, and art direction for some of the most renowned international design brands such as Kartell, Poliform, Moooi, Flos, Cappellini and many others. His ultimate professional adventure leads him to New York, where he is currently Vice President, Design creative director & innovation of The Estée Lauder Companies.

Francesco Meda is an Italian designer and winner of the Compasso d'oro. He graduated in 2006 from IED Milano with a degree in Industrial Design and then gained experience in London in Sebastian Bergne's studio and later in Ross Lovegrove's studio. Creative Director of Acerbis with David Lopez Quincoces.
Manuel Alberto Claro was born in Santiago, Chile. In 1974, he moved to Denmark and since that time he lives in Copenhagen. He graduated as a stills photographer from IED Milano in 1994 and then worked as an assistant photographer in Milan, New York City and Copenhagen before enrolling at the National Film School of Denmark in 1997. He also works on commercials for companies like IKEA, Nokia, and Volkswagen, and on music videos for the likes of FKA Twigs, Paloma Faith, and Rhye. He is an active member of the Danish Society of Cinematographers.
