IED Istituto Europeo di Design, participates in Campus Conecta, an event organized by “conexiones Creativas”, a leading platform in the creative economy based in Colombia.

On this occasion, IED will collaborate through two conferences given by renowned experts from the IED group:

Nicola Cerantola, consultant and collaborator of IED. 

author and explorer of Design, Entrepreneurship and Circular Economy, developer of the “Ecologing” project and mentor of entrepreneurs redirecting the course of companies through the development of sustainable tools. Nicola will offer a conference titled “The role of design in the transition into a Circular Economy. “

It is an inspiring and fundamentally provocative talk, in which will explore the role of design, innovation, circular economy and technology in the transformation of society and businesses towards models that are more respectful of the environment and of people. Talking about challenges, hard facts and changing cultural patterns. Nicola will talk about disruptive technologies, design inspired by nature, market dynamics that we need to decipher and align with the interests of humanity and the planet to create a new and better society. 

Painé Cuadrelli, sound designer and musical producer of soundtracks for films, documentaries, TV series, installations, etc. for different international clients, will participate in the “Conecta Talks”, where he will share his projects from an inspirational approach. Painé is Coordinator of the “Sound Design Program at IED Milan.

Likewise, in the post-event programming, Oscar Pozuelos, Creative and professional strategic designer specialized in innovation with international experience in design strategy, will participate in “Live Bar” where he will share different experiences about his professional career. Oscar is also an alumni of the Master in Design for Social Business – IED Milan; and the Visual Communication Diploma – IED Madrid.

Campus Conecta is a platform for connecting the cultural and creative ecosystem in Latin America organized by Conexiones Creativas, a platform for thought and action (Think + Do Tank) around the cultural and creative economy or orange economy and its contribution to competitiveness and territorial development: productive sectors, government, academia and the social fabric.
