IED IN MÉXICO
On next October 5th, IED in collaboration with “Mexico Territorio Creativo” and México Design Week” will offer a conference about: “Preparing the next generation of creatives.”
A view about the changes within the world of the creative industries and the future role of creative thinkers in our society and our companies.
¿What will it mean to be creative in the future?
¿What skills do they need?
¿What environment awaits them and how will the environment condition them?

During this event, IED will recognize and reward the talent of Mexican creatives, through two scholarships that will be awarded to the winners of “INÉDITO”Platform that promotes the production of utilitarian design to unpublished pieces, in the categories of social, environmental impact, innovation, function, aesthetics, concept, user experience, materials and processes.
The platform includes two categories of participations: professionals and students. For the professional category, DWM and an international jury award a prize of $ 100,000.00 mexican pesos ($500.00 USD) to the most outstanding project and 8 honorable mentions for each category
For the student category, DWM and IED Istituto Europeo di Design will grant two scholarships to the most outstanding projects. Both winners will be able to study a “Summer Course” in July 2020, at the IED schools in Spain and Italy. The 2 scholarships are valued at US $ 7,000.00 (in total).
In addition all those participants who are interested in being part of IED, will have the opportunity to know about our academic offer at our Schools in Spain and Italy. They may also ask about the study plans, costs, scholarships, admission requirements, discounts and promotions.
