ITALIAN DESIGN DAY 2019 – IED IN PERU, LIMA

DESIGN AND THE CITY OF THE FUTURE

On the occasion of the Italian Design Day 2019, the Embassy of Italy in Peru, the Institute of Italian Culture in Lima and IED Istituto Europeo di Design cordially invite you to the seminar on Urban Design Scenarios and Future Macro-trends by Prof. Alessandro Manetti Director of IED Istituto Europeo di Design, Spain.

“The conference is developed through an incursion in the main trends that will have an impact in the next 15 years in the lives of the citizens at macro-cultural, macro-economic and technological levels.”

The different scenarios will be explored through examples, in which the Italian and European design - including both academic and professional projects - can play an important role by generating effective and innovative answers.
The use of a map that brings together these design scenarios and trends becomes a useful tool to guide - both companies and design professionals - in the generation of innovative solutions designed for new habits and new identities of the people.
