Comprehensive and eminently practical knowledge of the design-business formula to develop your own project or help organizations enjoy sustainable growth.

The Master’s degree in Strategic and Business Innovation, taught in English, trains professionals in charge of promoting innovation and sustainable business growth by integrating strategic design in the business world.

In a highly competitive market, subject to rapid and constant changes, this program is committed to design thinking as a valuable discipline to add value to the organization, both in its internal management and in developing proposals or business models.

By doing so, it offers knowledge, tools and methodologies aimed at identifying opportunities and challenges, and encouraging experimentation through an eminently practical experience. Throughout the program, you will work on individual and group projects based on briefs from real clients, participate in company visits and make two trips abroad to acquire an international perspective on the profession.

Information to decide

A practical program with an international vocation and a teaching team of leading professionals that combines strategic design and business to promote business innovation.

From a comprehensive and systemic approach, the program is structured into four theoretical-practical learning blocks, which cover the phases of the design process when developing innovative proposals.

This journey will be guided by an international team of teachers with experience in the fields of business, design and consulting. It will include individual work based on briefs and challenges proposed by prestigious design agencies, as well as the group development of a start-up project, in collaboration with a business incubator partnering the program.

You will complete your training with visits to learn first-hand about the Spanish entrepreneurial and innovation ecosystem, along with two field trips abroad.

In addition, you will delve into human-centred design, you will boost your soft skills and your research skills, and gain in-depth knowledge of the principles of Design Thinking.

A master's degree designed for graduates in humanities, design and related fields with at least three years of relevant professional experience and a C1 level of English. Who, in addition, want to help companies in their strategic and business challenges, both internally and by developing new value propositions for the market.

As it is a program that combines the dimensions of design and business, there is room for people with a design background who wish to gain knowledge of the company, as well as profiles from the business world who want to integrate a tool as valuable as Design Thinking into their professional practice.

A unique training experience that, from a multidisciplinary and international vocation, combines design thinking with the business world to innovate in the company.

This master's degree places emphasis on user- or human-centred design, an approach aimed at designing products, services or strategies based on people's needs and experimentation.

The structure of the program will enable you to follow the different stages of a design process: devising, prototyping, validation, implementation and communication. All this from practice, direct contact with the national and international business reality through visits, project development and the guidance of a teaching team of active experts.

By taking this program in English, in a multicultural environment and together with students and teachers from different parts of the world, you will gain an international overview of the profession and begin to create solid networking.

On completion, you will have the necessary training to carry out this role within strategy and innovation departments or consultancies and design agencies, and to start your own business.
