Meeting in Piazza Sempione on October the19th: a meaningful moment of confrontation with the community of teachers, students, alumni, staff and important guests on the stage. In the afternoon starts the three-days festival IED Square.
IED Milano brings education at the centre of the public discourse, looking at the confrontation among generations on the topic of identities and job, continuing to emphasize civil, social and environmental commitment, with particular focus on inclusion in all its forms.
The culmination of this journey, in a growing relationship with the city of Milan, is the public inauguration of the 2023/24 academic year, opened to the public in a symbolic place as the Arco della Pace in Piazza Sempione: the meeting is on Thursday the 19th October.
This moment of extreme confrontation, with institutional and important guests, will continue in the afternoon at Palazzo Morando with the IED Square fest talk program, until October 21st.
“Among our duties and desires, as a School, there is the one of sharing thoughts with the external public too, making the city part of our project to redesign tomorrow's life, in dialogue with the IED community of students, alumni, teachers and staff”, Alberico Guerzoni, Director of IED Milano, comments.
