The designs are inspired by the concern for the future that teenagers experience due to global warming

From 10 to 13 May, the eclectic festival of fashion, culture and gastronomy held in Igualada (Barcelona), Rec.0, will exhibit two looks from the “Teen Angst” collection, by Jacek Gleba Puig, alumnus of the IED Barcelona Master in Fashion Design.

Made from sustainable denim fabric, the looks reflect the climate anxiety experienced by teenagers and their need for rebellion, as well as their collective desire for unity in a moment of crisis.

The two mannequins can be seen on the 1st floor of the Museu de la Pell, where the usual exhibition of designs from fashion schools participating in the event is located. All the creations are developed from the perspective of sustainability and inclusion.

With this participation, IED Barcelona continues to contribute to bringing design to the Catalan territory through the proposals of its students.
