We will take part in the Dutch Design Week 2022 (DDW22) supporting the exposition of the project Reverso, by IED Alumnus Francisco Lara. The exhibition will take place in Eindhoven from October 22th to 30th.

Dutch Design Week in Eindhoven is the largest design event in Northern Europe and presents work and concepts from more than 2,600 designers to more than 355,000 visitors. The challenges the world is facing need collective involvement, doing nothing is not an option anymore.
“Get Set” the theme of the Dutch Design Week 2022 signals a shift from preparation to action, urging designers to come up with innovative and concrete solutions to collective challenges.

Francisco Lara, product designer graduated at IED Madrid, and Max Quast, mechanical engineer graduated at ETH Zurich, perceive design as a tool to provide a positive impact on society. Reverso is the confirmation of their philosophy and a perfect fit for the Get Set theme of DDW22.

Thanks to IED support, REVERSO will be exhibited at Strijp-S area, Klokgebouw | Hall 2, Klokgebouw 50, Map No. B1 from 22nd to 30th October 2022, come visit us and meet the designers!

With around 7 million deaths per year attributable to ambient particulate matter air pollution, Reverso provides a solution to filter suspended particles, improving the air quality in cities and preventing cardio-respiratory disease. This module-based product can be installed on the top of various vehicles, consisting of multiple filters able to clean microparticles from the air benefiting from the velocity and aerodynamics of the vehicle. Reverso generates a direct impact in contributing to the improvement of air quality in the cities, with a single module capable of filtering approximately 7,300,000 m3 of air per year.
