The absence of metallic components, the naturalness of cork, its antistatic properties protect the sleep from the destabilising action of magnetic and electrostatic flows.

Spending the sleep cycle harmoniously is certainly a sure way to prevent stress, to live better, to live longer. Bisu is in this sense the most innovative solution: a bed designed down to the smallest detail, both functionally and aesthetically. Bisu, in the Sardinian language meaning Dream, is the dream-like metaphor for sleeping well.

Bisu regularises one's rest and gives well-being to body and mind.

Bisu is the award-winning project by IED Alumnus Matteo Congiu. Matteo realized the project after an undergraduate course in Product Design in Milano and after lecturing and being a laboratory assistant in IED Cagliari and IED Milano.

IED supported Matteo and Bisu in international exhibitions such as Dubai Design Week's Downtown Design - London Design Festival's Furinture Fair, Salone del Mobile in Milano, ICFF's Wanted Design in NYC.
