You will learn the fundamentals of the discipline, use specific tools and software, participate in workshops and develop your own projects in the Visual Labs, which are open and dynamic workshops where you will test your technical and creative capacity.

At the end of your training and depending on your interests, you will be able to access new job opportunities or have a basic knowledge for future higher studies in this field.

Information to decide

A journey through the world of graphic and digital design that offers you a solid foundation for future studies or employment in the sector.

The program relies on a methodology that combines the acquisition of theoretical and technical knowledge with practical project work.

It is a very dynamic learning, which grows in complexity throughout its three modules and places emphasis on experimentation and critical thinking.

The Foundation is intended as a first contact with graphic design, which provides you with the foundations of the discipline if you want to pursue higher studies in the future.

It is also very useful training for professionals from other areas interested in entering the world of design.

You will complete this program at IED Madrid, a reference centre in design education, which will allow you to train under the guidance of lecturers who teach classes in undergraduate degrees and work as professionals in graphic design or related fields.

You will enjoy state-of-the-art facilities, workshops and tools in an interdisciplinary and multicultural environment, where you can explore your entire creative universe in the development of different projects, culminating in the presentation of a final interdisciplinary proposal that you will work on in a group. All of this complemented with a program of visits, workshops and experiences that will bring you even closer to the reality of the sector.

If your goal is to explore a possible academic path, this program will allow you to establish solid theoretical-practical knowledge in order to study a degree in Graphic Design.
