Motion graphics animation: what it is and how to create it using After Effects

Today, visual communication increasingly relies on video composed of moving images. The field of graphic design can, in turn, make use of this medium to convey messages in a direct, engaging, and compelling manner.
Motion graphic design is a highly versatile discipline: it can be employed to create content for social media, the web, as well as television. Numerous music videos—so-called lyric videos—are produced entirely using this technique, or by integrating it within live-action footage, in order to enhance the immersive and emotionally engaging quality of the listening experience, also through atmospheres created purely through graphic elements.
Furthermore, this process is widely used in the development of informational campaigns on specific topics, such as the use of an application, a website, or other software.
