IED is a private institution authorised to confer academic qualifications within the Higher Artistic Education sector.

The Institute’s organisation is founded on the principle of interaction between educational and administrative activities. It comprises governing bodies, supervisory bodies, advisory bodies, academic and research structures, and service units.

The institution is composed and governed by the following bodies and roles:

Evaluation Committee

 In accordance with current regulations (DPR 132/2003) and ANVUR guidelines, the Evaluation Committee performs internal quality assurance functions. Its role focuses on supporting continuous improvement in defining the Institution’s objectives and outcomes, as well as optimising resource allocation and ensuring student satisfaction.

Student Council.

The Council is the institutional body representing students across IED campuses. It performs advisory and consultative functions, channels requests, and submits proposals to Campus Directors and the Academic Council regarding the organisation of teaching activities and student services."
