Marketing and Communication - IED

The Strategy, Marketing and Communication area is built on the integration of research, design methodology and applied experimentation. The educational approach combines technical competencies, cultural awareness and critical analysis skills, focused on understanding and managing communication processes in contemporary contexts.

The learning experience considers communication as a complex design process requiring analytical capabilities, interpretation skills and the ability to build strategies suited to different application contexts. The teaching approach prioritises interdisciplinarity, the integration of digital technologies and attention to sustainability as a methodological criterion.

Communication today represents a fundamental tool for businesses, institutions and organisations in building relationships, generating value and interpreting processes of change. The educational pathways prepare professionals capable of operating in strategy definition, content design and the management of communication experiences across different media and platforms.

 

Brand Communication and Brand Strategy

Study of brand identity through the analysis of values, visual languages and communication strategies. In-depth exploration of the dynamics that guide brand construction and evolution in different market contexts.

Marketing and Advertising Management

Analysis of promotional and positioning processes for products and services, with a focus on advertising strategies, consumer behaviour and market dynamics. Integration of analytical and creative competencies in campaign management.

Digital Communication and Social Media

Study of digital platforms as environments for relationships and content production. Analysis of tools, formats and metrics for designing effective communication strategies in the online context.

Cultural Innovation

Interdisciplinary approach to designing content, experiences and services in the cultural sphere. Study of methodologies for interpreting social change and generating value through culture, creativity and design.

Business Design and Strategic Design

Analysis of business models and innovation strategies through design methodologies. Development of tools for analysing complex scenarios and formulating solutions oriented towards sustainability and the user.

Content Design

Design of content and visual languages for digital and traditional media. Integration of narrative, graphic and strategic competencies for building coherent communication experiences.
