The area develops across graphic design, visual communication and interaction design, according to a transdisciplinary approach that integrates visual culture, technology and strategy. The vision is oriented towards experimentation and the construction of visual languages capable of engaging with the present and anticipating future scenarios.

The Visual Communication, Graphic and Interactive Media area focuses on designing visual systems and communication strategies capable of connecting content, identity and audience. Design, in this context, constitutes a cultural and operational process that generates impact in digital, editorial and interactive fields. The image does not represent exclusively narrative: it is structure, function, relationship. Work develops on interfaces, layouts, signs and languages to build coherent, accessible and meaningful visual experiences.

The area trains visual designers capable of translating the identity of brands, products and services into recognisable and coherent visual content. The learning path accompanies the development of intuitive and engaging user experiences, capable of creating authentic connections with audiences. It promotes the creative direction of campaigns, editorial projects and digital environments, according to a strategic vision open to innovation. Finally, it stimulates experimentation with traditional and emerging media: from photography to illustration, from video to motion graphics, to immersive technologies such as augmented and virtual reality.
