Villaggio Managed by CX is a contemporary campus developed by COIMA and designed for students and young professionals. Originally created through the redevelopment of the former Milano Cortina 2026 Olympic Village, the project is now one of the largest student campuses in Italy, offering more than 1,700 beds designed to high-quality standards to ensure comfort, functionality, and an elevated living experience.
