From 10 June to 11 August 2024, the 11th edition of Design in Town will take place in Troia, Apulia, near the Monti Dauni.

For the first time, IED is participating with its lecturers in the Design in Town Summer Camp. This is a unique experience in Italy designed to support boys and girls who choose to undertake university studies related to creativity and design, and to give them the chance to put themselves to the test before making decisions that will impact their future.

Summer Camp Design in Town will be held in Troia, Apulia from 10 June to 11 August 2024. It will offer boys and girls from secondary schools (from year 1 to year 5, without limitations) across the country an orientation course and a direct confrontation with the world of creative design in eight areas: Architecture, Fashion, Design, Photography, Graphics and Communication, Video, Creative Writing and Illustration.

Under the supervision of outstanding professionals, participants will be able to evaluate their abilities with projects of practical use during Design in Town.

Since its first edition, Design in Town has obtained the endorsement of the most important national associations in the sector (ADI, ADCI, AIAP, AI, AIR3, AFIP), and today it enjoys the support of cultural institutions such as Triennale Milano, Fondazione Cologni Mestieri d'Arte and Fondazione Castiglioni.

With IED's participation in the 2024 edition, Design in Town confirms itself as the perfect opportunity for every girl and boy to discover whether a career in creative design is right for them.

Students who enrol by 20th of February 2024 will receive a discount in order to assist their families in reducing the cost of attendance.
