The IED teacher and student community contributes to promoting local design in the vicinity of their campus

IED Barcelona, design partner in the Gracia neighborhood

In its spirit of being a key part of the city’s design and boosting local commerce, IED Barcelona has become a Design Partner of Pasarela. Located on Torrent de l’Olla street, the catering establishment formerly known as El Molinet has renewed its logo and interior design thanks to the creativity of the school’s community.
Teachers David Ortega, from M3 Interiors, and Hernán Ordoñez have carried out, respectively, the interior design and construction management, and the new logo of the establishment. A Visual Communication student has created the design of the poster for the opening that took place on 12 January, and Fashion students also participated in the project, contributing the designs of the fabric that covers the walls of the establishment in the form of an exhibition.
