One year after achieving the UNI/PdR 125:2022 certification, we reaffirm our commitment to fostering an increasingly inclusive, equitable workplace culture that values diversity.

One year ago, we obtained the UNI/PdR 125:2022 certification, confirming our concrete commitment to promoting gender equality, valuing people, and fostering an increasingly inclusive, equitable, and diversity-conscious corporate culture.

This achievement was made possible through the establishment of the Diversity and Gender Equality Committee, an internal body responsible for supporting and promoting initiatives dedicated to inclusion and the enhancement of diversity, as well as drafting our Gender Equality Plan.

The Committee is composed of representatives from various company functions, with the support of the Human Resources and Compliance Departments and works in close collaboration with all areas of the organization.
The Committee's main objectives are:

  • Promote inclusive policies and practices across all company processes;
  • Monitor and analyze data related to gender equality and diversity;
  • Propose awareness-raising, training, and internal communication initiatives;
  • Foster a safe, respectful, and discrimination-free work environment;
  • Contribute to maintaining the UNI/PdR 125:2022 certification over time.

Our Inclusion, Equity and Diversity Policy, available here, defines the guiding principles and concrete actions we pursue to promote an increasingly inclusive workplace that respects and values differences.

We firmly believe that diversity is a resource and that inclusion is a fundamental value for IED's sustainable growth. Achieving the certification represents an important milestone, but above all it is a commitment that we continue to uphold every day.
