An app designed to support people with epilepsy in monitoring their condition and managing everyday life.

Aura is a user interface and user experience design project developed by Sofia Massari with the aim of creating a digital tool to support people living with epilepsy. The project stems from the analysis of a condition characterized by unpredictability and by the need to monitor different aspects of daily life.

Through a research phase focused on understanding users’ needs, the student defined usage scenarios and user personas that guided the development of the digital experience. The project resulted in the design of a mobile app intended to integrate monitoring tools, data collection, and user support, also through integration with wearable devices.

Alongside the development of the interface and the platform’s information architecture, the project includes the creation of an interactive prototype and the definition of a communication and awareness strategy focused on epilepsy.
