Starting from the study of a specific gemstone, students were invited to design a one-of-a-kind piece of high jewelry that reimagines the aesthetics of Art Déco through a contemporary lens. A true exercise in creativity and interpretation, challenging them to revisit a historical language and transform it through their own cultural and generational perspective.
The result is a collection of design concepts that combines experimentation, technical expertise, and visual research. Each project was accompanied by an original illustration, with each designer translating their jewelry's identity into a visual narrative rooted in the Art Déco imaginary.
The illustrated posters were showcased at the international GemGenève fair, as part of the events celebrating the 100th anniversary of Art Déco.
