A collective living project that transforms a former factory into a shared home, fostering community, mutual support, and social inclusion
Node 28 originates from the transformation of the former Superga factory into a place designed for living together and building relationships.
The project proposes a co-housing model that combines private and shared spaces, fostering mutual support and a sense of community.
Shared spaces, some of which are also open to the neighborhood, become opportunities for meeting, exchange, and social inclusion; living itself is conceived as a collective experience, capable of responding to housing, relational, and economic needs.
Moreover, the project enhances the memory of the place, making it an active part of everyday life.
Node 28 is a shared home that promotes well-being, autonomy, and participation.
ABITARE CON CURA. Per un abitare collettivo e collaborativo a Torino is a project that explores new forms of shared living at the site of the former Superga, rethinking domestic space as a device of mutualism, relationships, and care. Under the guidance of Sex & the City (Azzurra Muzzonigro and Florencia Andreola), with the support of Renata Boeri, the students of the Master’s Program in Interior Design of IED Turin developed proposals capable of responding to contemporary social transformations.
