Re-Fibra proposes a sustainable and accessible residential system, starting from the housing crisis and the need to enhance existing heritage. Adaptable housing units, collective spaces and circular economy practices define an urban living model based on flexibility, inclusion and reuse.
The Manifattura di Moncalieri becomes the starting point to reflect on the contemporary housing emergency and imagine new residential models able to respond to demographic changes, urban loneliness and environmental challenges. Starting from the existing built heritage, the project promotes more accessible, sustainable forms of coexistence focused on the quality of living.
