We help you know all the features your computer must have.
We dream of a world without borders, and this is why we try to enable you to explore an idea and develop a project wherever you are.
As you prepare to start the year with us, you should make sure you have all the equipment you need for your chosen study programme.
At IED we have decided to make licences for most of the software needed to follow courses and useful for design available free of charge on your device.
But that's not all: we have enhanced our servers to increase the computing power in the cloud so that even the most complex dissertations can be managed remotely.
For more sophisticated processing, there will be the possibility to connect to virtual and remote PCs even from a place other than the school lab; the cloud render service has also been increased.
We have upgraded the computer labs for courses in animation, video and sound that need specific equipment.
All the databases with which IED has made arrangements - with WSGN, PRoQuest, Emerald publishing and other course verticals - are available to you wherever you are.
This big project will take about two years to complete, so be sure to read the section dedicated to your course carefully so that you are adequately prepared for the start of lessons.
Remember that you can always refer to your advisor to clarify any doubts you may have.
