IED Study Abroad courses include Summer, Semester and Academic Year courses in Milan, Rome, Florence, Venice, Turin and Accademia Aldo Galli Como and Foundation Year in Milan and Rome, mandatory for a career in the creative industry, designed for those who wish to enrol in an undergraduate course and obtain a First Level Academic Diploma but do not meet the necessary access requirements and for those who need to reach the B2 language level.
Introductory courses are designed for students with no prior knowledge or experience in the discipline and are an excellent way to start the education as transition to a IED Undergraduate course.
Advanced courses are specifically intended for students who already have academic or professional experience and are interested in developing their skills and professional portfolios.

HOW TO APPLY
Every category of course has a different admission process, for this reason, we invite you to check carefully the specific section on the right of this webpage and the downloadable pdf documents available there. You will be able to know the specific admission procedures, the deadlines, and the required documents for your course of choice . At the bottom a link will redirect you to the list of courses available in that category.
Once you have received the login details from your personal advisor you can start and follow up your admission process on IED Admission Page.
If you are not already in contact with an advisor use the “Apply online” button on the top of the webpage.
After submitting the request you will receive an answer with general information on the chosen course, from your Admission Advisor. In order to go forward with the process reply directly to your advisor.
Complete the Personal Information section, fill in and sign the Pre-Enrolment Form and send it to the school together with the requested documents, listed in the admission procedure. Students are required to submit evidence of the knowledge of the course language according to the chosen program. IED will inform you about the result of the fullness of documents, and will start the admission process.
After receiving all the required documents, IED evaluate them and, if necessary, schedule an admission (language or motivational) interview on Skype, according to your availability.
After Admission, you are able to complete the enrolment process by signing documents and Regulations (you can download them in your Personal Area) and by paying the Enrolment fee. After completing enrollment you will receive the Enrollment kit useful for VISA purposes (Non-EU Students only)
After the enrolment, you have to complete the payment of theTuition fee.

Fees are split into enrolment and tuition fee. The amount of enrolment is fixed, instead of the tuition may vary according to promotions such as scholarships, contests and early birds.
