CGI (Computer Generated Imagery) harnesses emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence and virtual reality to bring new worlds and interactive experiences to life.

In the three-year Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Generated Animation. you will learn how to conceptualise, model, and animate objects, characters, environments, and visual effects using cutting-edge 3D digital technologies.

This degree programme has a strong technical and technological focus, integrating the most advanced languages and techniques in CG animation—including 3D modelling, texturing, lighting, and rendering—and applying them across various aspects of design and production, from environment creation to 3D character design and video sequence compositing, right through to interactive game design.

Over the three-year course, you will develop the ability to manage the complexity of a project at every stage, balancing creative, production, and technological requirements. You will also engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with students from other programmes, exploring the many connections between CGI, digital media, and interactive design.

Guided by a faculty of industry professionals holding key roles in the sector, and through project development in collaboration with external partners, you will gain hands-on experience across a wide range of CGI applications—from film to video games, from virtual reality to immersive experiences, and from advertising to communication design.
