IED Istituto Europeo di Design, educational partner of ModaLisboa, is holding a lecture entitled "Fashion after Fashion” to explore the crucial role education plays in shaping the fashion landscape of tomorrow.
Fashion isn't just about what we wear, it's a reflection of our shared values throughout history. As we stand on the cusp of a new era marked by pandemics, wars, and economic challenges, it's clear that the creative class holds the key to designing our future.
Since the world ahead belongs to them, the new generation should be involved in the process. This is why fashion after fashion is all about education. Sure! But which one?
The lecture will be given by Danilo Venturi, Director of IED Florence and author of "Brand Persona: The Four Step Method". Venturi's educational approach, hailed by Forbes as "The Reign of Error," has engaged luminaries from Marina Abramovic to Rick Owens, fostering cross-pollination between fashion, art and design at IED Florence.
The entrance is free until the full capacity is reached. Doors will open at 6 PM.
