As part of the Erasmus+ KA171 between IED and Chitkara University, IED Roma took part in the 16th Global Week 2025

As part of the Erasmus+ KA171 – International Credit Mobility project between IED and Chitkara University, Alberto Iacovoni, Head of Postgraduate at IED Roma, took part in the 16th Global Week 2025 (21–26 September 2025), delivering lectures and workshops for the partner university’s students on Narrative Spaces – Designing Experiences and Made in Italy.

This participation is part of a broader path of international exchange and cooperation, aimed at strengthening academic relations and fostering intercultural dialogue.

The first phase of the project had already seen IED Roma host Prof. Gopal Meena from Chitkara University, who last April delivered lectures in the field of Design and Visual Arts for IED students (Retail Design for the Urban Millennial and Gen Z Consumer in Asia, UX/UI for Localized Apps: Customizing Global Platforms for the Indian Market), bringing fresh perspectives and innovative teaching approaches.

The Global Week proved to be a prestigious opportunity for dialogue and exchange, bringing together academics, researchers, and professionals from around the world for a week of immersive teaching, cultural activities, and international networking.

Through IED Roma’s participation, the Erasmus+ KA171 project is enriched with a new chapter – in addition to the DARD Vietnam Project between IED Milano and RMIT Vietnam – confirming the Institute’s commitment to promoting international mobility and building an ever more global and connected academic community.
