Job Future Day 2026

Date

03 March 2026

From 9 to 13 March – A week dedicated to those who wish to imagine, build, and shape their professional future.

Five days of live sessions, stories, networking opportunities and exclusive content designed to guide Undergraduate and Postgraduate students into the creative job market, exploring new skills, emerging professions, and concrete sources of inspiration.

The 2026 edition - the seventh - introduces an entirely new format: an original video podcast conceived by the IED Career Department and produced by eezee.it in collaboration with Desk Milano.

This project takes students "behind the scenes" of creative professions, allowing them to hear directly from leading figures what it means to work today in the creative industries.

Each episode features sector professionals, HR Managers, Alumni and IED faculty members, who share career paths, insights, and perspectives on the transformations shaping creative work, offering a concrete view of emerging career trajectories. It is an opportunity to understand which skills the market currently demands, which scenarios are unfolding, and how to position oneself effectively.

The recordings will be streamed live to students at IED campuses in Italy, Spain, and Brazil, and later made available on demand on the dedicated platform.
