Many of our Alumni are present, both at the Salone and Fuorisalone, with installations, exhibitions, and events during the most important week for the design industry.

 

Emiliano Ponzi's installation on the crucial importance of global water resources

Emiliano Ponzi, Illustration Alumnus, is certainly one of the main protagonists of Milan Design Week 2024. The illustrator and artist, now living in New York where he co-founded Salotto, with his poetic and eclectic style, presents 'Under the Surface,' and a maxi-installation at the Fuorisalone - Flower Up.

 

Luca Pinotti with Eccentrico for Orografie

Luca, Product Design Alumnus, Senior Industrial Designer at Giovannoni Design, is at Fuorisalone with a side table - Eccentrico - made for Orografie, a Sicilian brand that designs furniture mainly made of white chestnut from Mount Etna.

 

Studio CARA\DAVIDE for Design Duo Double Feature

Among the protagonists of Design Duo Double Feature by Fenix are some of the most interesting names in the design scene including our Cara Judd and Davide Gramatica, both Product Design Alumni, founders of Cara\Davide.

 

Interwoven Narratives by Gunilla Zamboni for Visionnaire

Gupica, the artistic name of Gunilla Zamboni, Interior Design Alumna, creates 2 projects for Visionnaire: Lucente and Aracea.

 

YellowDot at the Rossana Orlandi gallery

Our Alumni Bodin and Dilara, founders of YellowDot, are present at Rossana Orlandi Gallery with 3 projects: Patisserie Collection X Gorbon Ceramics, Checkered and Millstone.

 

Alessandra Salaris for laCividina

Studio Salaris founded by our Alessandra Salaris, Interior Design Alumna, exclusively oversees the setup of the monobrand showroom for laCividina.

 

Attila Veress evolves the meaning of "Living Marble"

Our award-winning Attila Veress, with his mastery, brings together nature, craftsmanship, architecture, design, and art under the same roof. 

 

Riccardo Randi and the value of building a network

Convey is a project conceived, curated, and promoted by Simple Flair and Very Simple Kitchen, founded by our Alumnus Ricardo Randi.  

 

Davide Colla and 150UP firm 

Davide Colla, Alumnus in Graphic Design is Founder & Creative Director of 150UP. The company strengthens its collaboration with CEDIT - Ceramiche d'Italia - and BRH+ by presenting a new video project that will be featured in the brand's stand within the exhibition spaces of the 2024 Salone del Mobile. In addition, 150UP takes care of all pre- and post-event communication for Baleri Italia celebrating its 40th anniversary at the Sozzani Foundation.

 

Simone Bonanni and his passion for clean lines

Simone, our Alumnus in Product Design, presents exclusively at Salone 2024 Hana Chair for Moooi, and Overlay for Luce di Carrara
 

Chiara Andreatti signs the art direction for Potocco

Our Product Designer Chiara Andreatti oversees the art direction for Potocco: the result is a journey where indoor and outdoor settings complement each other and provide a backdrop for an exploration of color and shapes.

 

Andrea Crespi for American Express

Our Alumnus in Product Design, realized for Amex "Ethereal. A Digital Exploration of Intangible Beauty" that explores optical illusion, social transformation and the digital revolution, thus interpreting contemporary cultural changes.
