The piece, a subjective approach to the history of humanity in which crafts and technology coexist to reflect on the future, will be screened on 19 April at the Can Luna space in La Garriga, Barcelona

The IED Barcelona crafts and technology pairing has set out to conquer the Catalan territory thanks to the audiovisual piece Change to live – New Crafts Digital Revolution II by Jordi Cussó, a Teacher at the School.

After being presented at the Disseny Hub Barcelona within the framework of the 4th edition of the International Crafts Audiovisual Exhibition in 2022 and, later, on the streaming platform Filmin, the video has been selected to participate in the first edition of the ‘Mostra on the Road’ exhibition. It is an initiative that aims to bring the activity of the exhibition, the crafts, and its audiovisual works to the Catalan territory.

The piece will be screened on 19 April at the Can Luna space in La Garriga, Barcelona. After the screening, there will be a colloquium with representatives of the Catalan Commerce, Crafts and Fashion Consortium, the organising entity of the event, and the attending public.
