Suprema is a bold reinterpretation of the cruiser segment, inspired by Beltrami Design’s visual identity to envision the future of artisanal motorcycle design in 2030. The project merges performance and elegance through taut lines, sculpted surfaces, and an exposed transverse V2 engine, around which a new structural composition takes shape.
Every design decision — from the tank redesign to the suspension layout and surface treatment — reflects a refined, distinctive aesthetic. While preserving the traditional ergonomic triangle, Suprema breaks formal conventions, offering a new balance of function, character, and visual impact that embodies Beltrami’s vision of "art in motion."
The Transportation Design – Bike thesis project is part of the collaboration between IED Torino and Beltrami Design, an Italian company renowned for its artisanal motorcycle production. Students were challenged to envision Beltrami’s design and technology in 2030, exploring new perspectives to redefine the two-wheel riding experience.
