VBO Bilbao and IED Kunsthal Bilbao present Natural Forms of Light, an exhibition born from their collaboration, bringing together a selection of projects developed within the Bachelor of Arts in Product Design.
The exhibition offers a journey through three ceramic lighting pieces that explore the relationship between material and light, combining formal experimentation, conceptual sensitivity, and applied design processes. Through both traditional and contemporary techniques, each piece highlights ceramics as a relevant and innovative material within contemporary lighting design.
During the opening, the projects AZKORRI (LUR Studio) by Anne Yu Jiménez Vazquez, Carmen de Andrés Vallejo and Jaime Cadenas Aguirre; Ápice (Estudio Lako) by Lorena Peña del Hoyo, Miguel Sabas Rodríguez and Gabriel Puyol Rodríguez-Curiel; and Lumora (Estudio Lúmina) by Lorena Velazquez Serna, Ainhize Ponce de Miguel and Camila Isabel Burgos de la Guardia, created by students of IED Kunsthal Bilbao, will be presented.
