From February 5 to March 8, IED Madrid runs Radio Madrid Design Fest, an exclusive Instagram coverage of the festival from a Generation Z perspective. As an Official School of the Madrid Design Festival, the institution uses this project to narrate the program’s most relevant events through a fresh, critical, and creative lens.
The initiative brings together students from various design disciplines to produce daily content —interviews, visual capsules, and reviews— capturing key festival moments. Radio Madrid Design Fest combines professional experience and interdisciplinary learning, offering students the opportunity to participate in a real cultural communication project while generating visibility and engagement for both the festival and the IED community.
