The IED Kunsthal Bilbao community has celebrated a new Graduation Ceremony, made even more special as it coincides with the school's fifth anniversary.

The ceremony brought together students completing their academic journey after years of learning, experimentation and creative development. More than a diploma ceremony, the event celebrated the talent, dedication and personal and professional growth of those who now become part of IED's international alumni community.
The celebration continued with a cocktail reception at the IED Kunsthal Bilbao campus, where graduates, faculty, families and collaborators came together to mark this important milestone in a warm and welcoming atmosphere that reflected the strong sense of community that defines the school.
This year's Graduation held particular significance as it coincided with IED Kunsthal Bilbao's fifth anniversary. Over the past five years, the school has established itself as a leading institution for higher education in design in the Basque Country, strengthening its ties with the region's creative, cultural and business ecosystem while projecting the talent nurtured in its classrooms onto an international network spanning some of the world's leading creative hubs.
Each graduating class further strengthens this legacy. As the only school in Bizkaia to graduate professionals in Fashion Design and Product Design, IED Kunsthal Bilbao continues to educate the designers who will help shape the future of the discipline through practices that transform industry, culture and society. While each graduate will follow a unique path, they all share the same starting point: having been part of a creative community that extends far beyond the classroom and continues to grow with every new generation of IED alumni.
