With +50 companies and 450 students at the event, the 2026 IED Milano Career Fair created opportunities for young talents to connect with companies and explore the creative industry.

The event included companies and studios from different creative fields, including fashion, design, communication and visual arts. The meetings gave students the chance to present their profiles, learn more about the skills required in different sectors and explore possible career paths.

Building future careers

The Career Fair is part of IED’s career support programme, organised with the Career & Alumni team. The initiative gives students the opportunity to highlight the skills they have developed during their studies and learn more about what companies look for new talent.
