IED Florence chooses the Oblate Library as the privileged place of research and study for its students

Following the expansion of its headquarters in Via Bufalini, with the new spaces in Palazzo Pucci N6, IED signs an agreement with the Biblioteca delle Oblate which becomes the privileged place of research and study for students, in an exchange of know-how between the school and the Library's services.

IED Firenze has chosen to be present in the heart of Florence, to make access to the school easier and faster for its students. Symbolically the choice of being located in a central position in the city's collective life allows it to acquire greater importance in the city's dialogue with the new generation.

The Biblioteca delle Oblate, located in the evocative 14th-century former convent of the Oblate, is just a few hundred metres from IED Firenze headquarters is on three floors with around 280 places for studying and reading, a cafeteria, a garden, a terrace with a wonderful view of the Duomo dome and a vast catalogue of books, multimedia materials and magazines.
