The collection proposal designed for Cristina Tamborero “Se triunfo con lo que se aprende” [“You triumph with what you learn”], inspired by Chanel, is a creation full of little details, of low-cut silhouettes and fluid fabrics. It prioritises comfort without forgetting iconic fabrics such as tweed.
With “Sissi. Oltre i miei limite”, the student wanted to “revolutionise” what we understand as classic embroidery by painting these motifs by hand. It is a collection of transformable dresses (the corsets and skirts are interchangeable) for a groundbreaking and revolutionary woman. With a very clean color palette and a fabric chart that combines mikado — for the illustrated pieces — and taffeta — to provide fluidity and freedom of movement.
