A project based on the Cultural Value Circulation (CVC) concept, a theoretical framework that examines how products of the Korean Wave (Hallyu) generate circulating value that extends into the global luxury fashion system

Drawing on a case study of BLACKPINK, alongside Lefty data and expert interviews, the thesis demonstrates that K-pop is built on modular, reconfigurable assets that activate fan engagement and drive powerful algorithmic feedback loops.

Crucially, the model shows that this prestige operates in a circular manner, reactivating an entity's intrinsic value potential for subsequent release cycles and establishing a scalable business model that can be applied to other creative industries, such as fashion.
