Graphic design is an expressive medium that translates ideas and information into visual narratives, helping us navigate the complex landscape of contemporary society.
In the Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design and Art Direction, you will learn how to create visual communication projects rooted in design methodology, harnessing the potential of the digital and post-digital era with ethical awareness and social responsibility.
Starting from the development of solid foundations in graphic design, over the three-year programme you will explore the different aspects of visual design: from typography to editorial product design and static and dynamic brand identities, from creating digital content to managing complex, cross-media communication ecosystems.
The programme combines technical and methodological skills with a broad cultural education, essential for building critical thinking and design autonomy. These will enable you to shape your own path within a creative and professional context that is constantly evolving, adapting to tools and media in continuous transformation.
Throughout your studies, you will be guided by a faculty of industry professionals and have the opportunity to work on real case studies in close collaboration with companies and institutions, gaining insight into the many fields of application for graphic design: from publishing to brand design, from digital ecosystems (web, social media, apps and game design) to product design and advertising.
