This event is aimed at designers and entrepreneurs in the fashion system, who are interested in improving their competitiveness through the incorporation of new knowledge in innovation, fashion trends and product design in their companies. During the event there will be national and international experts, topics on trends, innovation and relationships in the fashion sector will be addressed.
IED is a strategic partner in this event and will participate through a conference on "Innovation, and circular economy in the textile and fashion industry"
The conference will address how the fashion industry's supply chains were affected during the pandemic. Especially in highly internationalized companies, with suppliers distributed in numerous countries that have been suffering the consequences of the pandemic in different periods and on different scales. It will also address how the sector is behaving at an international level, trends in fashion creation and business development; as well as the challenges they face in the short and long term.
The conference will be given by Alina Erimia, Fashion Director at IED Kunsthal Bilbao.
Alina is a Fashion Designer with extensive international experience, she has professional training in Milan-Italy and in Spain, where she has also won awards for her projects such as "Milan Design Week", "Vogue Italy Call Talent Contest'', among others. He has also worked for different Italian, North American and Catalan companies such as Custo Barcelona.
