The 2025 edition of Sanremo saw IED alumni take center stage, showcasing their talent and creativity in a perfect blend of fashion, design, and artistic performances that enriched the Festival

The 2025 edition of Sanremo was not only a stage for music but also a showcase of incredible creative synergy, involving numerous IED alumni. Their skills intertwined in a framework that encompassed various fields, from fashion to design, video production to space planning. These professionals collaborated with several artists from the Italian music scene.

Rebecca Baglini – Creative Director / Celebrity Stylist
Rebecca Baglini styled personalities like Mattia Stanga, host of the Suzuki Stage, Alessandro Cattelan, co-host of the final evening of the Festival, Shablo, Guè, Joshua, Tormento, and actress Pilar Fogliati. The stylist brought a contemporary aesthetic to the stage.

Nick Cerioni – Creative Director / Celebrity Stylist / Co-Founder of SUGARKANE STUDIO
Nick Cerioni continued his role as the go-to stylist for Achille Lauro, dressing the artist in cutting-edge outfits. Cerioni also styled Brunori, as well as Jovanotti, who was a guest on the opening night of the Festival.

Simone Rutigliano – Stylist / Mens Fashion Editor for ODDAmagazine
Simone Rutigliano, stylist for Bianca Balti, created a look for the top model that caught the attention of both the public and critics. The Sanremo stage is no stranger to Rutigliano, in fact, he designed the look of Irama in the 2021 and 2022 editions of the Festival.

Simone Folli – Stylist
Simone Folli, a former IED Rome student, worked on Alex Wyse’s look, bringing a fresh and contemporary touch to the Sanremo stage. His experience and original approach made the artist shine during his performances.

Luca Ricci – Designer
Luca Ricci, a former student of the Academic Diploma in Communication Design at IED Milano, played a crucial role in Shablo's performance by designing the artist's console.

Oxymoro Creative Studio – Video Production
Oxymoro Creative Studio, founded by alumnae of the Bachelor's Degree in Video Design at IED Milano Federica Oriente and Ilaria Braccialini, collaborated on the production of videos showcasing the outfits curated by stylist Rebecca Baglini.

Luca Gardella and Gabriele Savino – Puro
Luca Gardella and Gabriele Savino, alumni of the Undergraduate Program in Video Design at IED Milano and founders of Puro, created the music video for Achille Lauro’s song "Incoscienti Giovani." This work merged art and visual innovation, enhancing the performance.

Francesca Lupo – Project & Production Manager at Doom Entertainment
Francesca Lupo, an alumna of the Undergraduate Program in Communication Design at IED Milano, served as the Project & Production Manager for Doom Entertainment, overseeing the “Doom District” space at Sanremo, where special events were held throughout the Festival week. Her vision helped create a creative and stimulating environment.

Roberto Ortu – Director

Roberto Ortu, an alumnus of the Undergraduate Program in Media Design at IED Cagliari, was responsible for the creative direction of the music video for the song "Eco" by singer Joan Thiele, which is in competition at Sanremo 2025, as well as for "Proiettili," also by Joan Thiele and Elodie.

These IED alumni had a significant impact on the visual scenography and design of the Sanremo performances, bringing innovation, originality, and a fresh, contemporary approach to the stage.
