She was one of ten students selected by the prestigious festival of art, design and creativity to showcase her final degree project at NXT, its platform for emerging talent
IED Barcelona alumna Jaime Rose De Candole presented her final degree project, “What the Trees Told Me”, at OFFF Barcelona 2026, the world’s leading festival in the field of art, design and creativity.
She did so on 16 April at the DHUB auditorium, within the framework of NXT, OFFF’s platform dedicated to the next generation of emerging talent, which premiered a new format in its third edition.
De Candole, who graduated in Graphic Design in 2025, was therefore one of just ten students selected this year from leading international schools of creativity and design to share the inner workings of her thesis development with a global audience.
“What the Trees Told Me” is a data-driven sensory installation that explores the relationship between human wellbeing and environmental health. Find out more about her project by clicking here.
