IED partners with Feeric Fashion Week 2025

From July 15–20, Feeric Fashion Week returns to Sibiu, Romania, and we’re proud to once again join as an official partner of one of the country's most dynamic fashion events.
This international celebration of creativity brings together emerging designers, established brands, and standout graduate collections from schools and universities across the globe. As part of our commitment to nurturing future talent, IED will offer a full scholarship for the Summer Course in Sustainable Fashion at IED Barcelona in July 2026 to one of the participating designers.
Open to both students and recent graduates, this opportunity aims to equip young designers with essential tools and knowledge to build responsible fashion brands. The winner will explore every stage of sustainable fashion development—from eco-materials and ethical design to conscious production, marketing, and management. As a preview of this mindset, IED Art Director Giovanni Ottonello will lead an inspiring workshop on the opening day of the fashion week, titled: “Fashion Forward: Exploring New Frontiers.”
Through collaboration and hands-on exploration, participants will learn how to redefine fashion by reimagining luxury, embracing inclusivity, and designing with intention.
Last year, IED captivated audiences with the graduation show “Multitude,” a powerful statement on identity and creative plurality expressed by IED Graduates 2024 in their final collections. The experience led to a vibrant fashion editorial shot at Boromir Sibiu by Italian photographer Nicola Casini, styled by Giovanni Ottonello. The editorial captured the bold energy and creative freedom of young designers embarking on an exciting journey, guided by instinct, vision, and creativity.
We’re excited to return to Feeric Fashion Week 2025 and continue championing sustainability, innovation, and emerging talent in the global fashion landscape.
